A discussion on the “Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for Work Based Learning (WBL) Education” between the Center for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and FGV Prodata Systems Sdn Bhd for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours (2u2i Mode) has taken place virtually on 08 January 2024.

A foundation in science and technology programme meeting was held on December 27 - 28, 2023. It serves as a platform where the panel  discuss about the curriculum structure, duration of studies and entry requirements for current and future programme in foundation studies. The meeting consist of Study Committee (SC) and External Accessor (EA) panels that include experts from both academic and industries.

The subjects of Mathematics and Additional Mathematics are among the two crucial and important subjects at the secondary school level. These two subjects are often considered challenging and difficult to master by students in Form Four and Form Five. Therefore, schools need to formulate and implement various initiatives to empower the understanding and mastery of basic mathematical knowledge among students, thereby increasing the pass rates in the examinations for Mathematics and Additional Mathematics.
