On July 24, 2025, Pusat Sains Matematik, UMPSA hosted the Monthly Mathematical Colloquium (MMC) 3/2025 in an online format. The session featured a knowledge-sharing presentation by Fatin Farhanah binti Abd Rahim, a Master’s student from Pusat Sains Matematik, supervised by Dr Mohd Khairul Bazli bin Mohd Aziz. Fatin Farhanah presented her research entitled “Smart Rivers: Predicting Water Flow with Hybrid Deep Learning Models”, which explores the integration of deep learning techniques for water flow prediction.
The Innovative & Creative Group (KIK) PSM UMPSA Hosts a Workshop for Mathematics Formula Kit Project
Kuantan, 23 July 2025, the Innovative & Creative Group (KIK) from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), held a dedicated workshop at Hotel Grand Darul Makmur, Kuantan, to finalize documentation for their latest innovative project, Math Honeycomb. This project, Math Honeycomb, is a mathematics formula kit developed to assist students in memorizing mathematical formulas through a simplified method.
