A coordination meeting was held on 8 December 2025 at the Malaysian Prison Department to discuss strategic directions and research collaboration priorities between the Department and Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) for the 2026–2027 period. The meeting focused on aligning data-driven and evidence-based approaches to support the national correctional system, particularly in areas related to offender rehabilitation and the social reintegration of parolees.
On 21st December 2025, a total of 20 students from the Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours (BSD) under the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), participated in a Flood Relief Volunteer Programme held from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the parents’ residence of Ms. Siti Fatimah binti Khairon , who is also a BSD student.
On 15 December 2025, the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (CSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), conducted a strategic research discussion with Rich Ergon Sdn. Bhd. to explore potential collaborative opportunities. The session was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Norhayati Rosli from UMPSA and Mr. Ikram Ibrahim, Senior Engineer from Critical Joint Consultancy, representing Rich Ergon Sdn. Bhd.
On Monday, December 29, 2025, lecturers for the foundation-level course Essential Engineering Mathematics (FSM1025), who are Dr. Muhammad Azrin Ahmad, Dr. Rahimah Jusoh @ Awang, Dr. Nor Hafizah Moslim, Miss Nur Zahirah Md Noor, and Madam Ashikin Rahman, hosted a Global Classroom session featuring Dr. Fatimah Alghamdi from the Department of Mathematical Sciences, College of Science, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Saudi Arabia.
