On September 4, 2024, the Innovative & Creative Group (KIK) from PSM UMPSA conducted a workshop at Hotel Zenith, Kuantan. The primary objective was to finalize the documentation for their innovative project, which is slated for presentation at the university-level competition in November 2024. The workshop focused on refining the KIK PSM project's documentation, including an enhanced AI-powered management system for forms and documents.

On August 21st, 2024, the Series II Forum titled Wafer Fabrication – Leveraging Mathematics to Enhance Precision in Semiconductor Fabrication was held to further explore the important role of Mathematics in shaping the front end of the semiconductor industry, specifically in semiconductor fabrication. The Director of Callidus Semikonduktor Sdn. Bhd., Dr Kamarulzaman Mohamed Zin, presented at the forum. He shared his extensive experience as a technology entrepreneur in the electrical and electronics (E&E) industry and as the founder of Callidus Semikonduktor, a Malaysian service company serving the semiconductor markets in China and Japan.

On August 19, 2024, the Department of Science from the Kuliyyah of Engineering IIUM conducted a benchmarking visit to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences UMPSA. Led by Assoc Prof. Dr. Mohd Sham Mohamad, Deputy Dean (Academic and Student Affairs), the IIUM delegation was warmly welcomed by UMPSA. The primary goal of the visit was to engage in a comprehensive review and discussion of the mathematics service courses offered at UMPSA.

On August 27, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Roslinazairimah Zakaria from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences at UMPSA visited Inari Technology Sdn. Bhd. at the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Pulau Pinang. This visit followed up on the collaborative efforts established during the Industry Forum on July 19th, 2024. Inari Technology expressed keen interest in the Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours program, particularly the work-based learning (WBL) component.
