In conjunction with the Student Induction Week 2024 (MINDS 2024), a briefing session with the faculty members was held for the 2024/2025 intake students of Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours (BSD) on 2 October 2024. The session starts from 11 AM to 5 PM and is organized by the Academic Advisor Committee of PSM.
On the 1st until the 3rd of October 2024, four lecturers from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), UMPSA, led by Dr. Nor Azuana binti Ramli with three team members which are Dr. Noratikah binti Abu, Dr. Nur Haizum binti Abd Rahman dan Dr. Wan Nur Syahidah binti Wan Yusoff successfully conducted a program called “Profesor Turun Padang:
Hearty Congratulations to 5 students of Data Analytics, PSM namely Almira Damia Syahnizam, Anis Aqilah Mohd Asri, Aqilah Maisarah Azizi, Nur Atieka Rafiekah Razak, Nur Nabila Abd Rahman under the supervision of Dr. Siti Zanariah binti Satari for successfully winning AS Champion in the Third National Statistics/Mathematics Challenge Competition (ISM Challenge III 2024/2025) for ISLP Category on 19 September 2024 at Sasana Kijang.
Hari Penasihatan Akademik is one of the main initiatives designed to be implemented by the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) for students of Foundation in Science and Technology Program (AST) for the Academic Session 2024/2025. This program aims to strengthen the relationship between students and academic advisors, as well as provide structured guidance to help students adjust to academic life at the university. Additionally, it serves as an important platform to build strong bonds among the students themselves.
