On July 8, 2025, the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) proudly celebrates a significant achievement by Dr. Chuan Zun Liang and his exceptional team, Tham Ren Sheng, Tan Chek Cheng, Abraham Lim Bing Sern, David Lau King Luen, and Chong Yeh Sai, received the prestigious Hadiah Sanjungan in the Reka Cipta Matematik category at the Anugerah PERSAMA 2025.
The Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours offered by the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), has officially received international accreditation from the Institute of Analytics (IoA), United Kingdom. This prestigious recognition affirms the programme's curriculum quality, global relevance, and alignment with the evolving demands of the data analytics and data science industries.
On June 28-29, 2025, PSM UMPSA hosted a crucial Study Committee Meeting for the UMPSA Foundations of Science and Technology Program at The Everly Putrajaya. The primary goal of this gathering was to strengthen the program's direction and enhance the quality of pre-university education.
