Industrial Talk "Digital Era: The New Way of Working"

Centre for Mathematical Sciences (CSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang has held a Data Analytics Industrial Talk on 7 June 2021 entitled “Digital Era: The New Way of Working” by En. Mohd Zamani bin Abu Bakar, Senior Executive, Digital Procurement, Group Procurement, Petronas. In this session, Mr. Mohd Zamani shared the requirement for digital knowledge practiced by Petronas as well as efforts towards the world of digital work.

The Universiti Malaysia Pahang Postgraduate Open Day 2021 had successfully being held online via Facebook Live Session @UMPMalaysia Facebook Page on 5-6 June 2021. In this live event, the audience specifically the postgraduate candidates had an opportunity to discover more about the UMP postgraduate courses and field of research, as well as receiving information on available scholarships offered.

Global Classroom: BUM2433 Statistics for Management with a lecturer from BINUS University Indonesia

On 5th June 2021, a ‘Standard Global Classroom Mass Lecture’ for BUM 2433 (Statistics for Management) was successfully conducted via Google Meet platform. The topic covered in this sharing session is on the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and about 80 participants from students of BUM2433 attended the session.

Centre for Mathematical Sciences had successfully conducted a Global Classroom (GC) for BUM2413,  Applied Statistics course. The event was held on 1st of June 2021 via online platform (Microsoft Teams). More than 500 students of Applied Statistics course have participated in this online session.
