Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM UMP) has held a Data Analytics Industrial Talk on 14 December 2021 entitled “An Overview of The Process of Statistical Modelling from The Lens of Industrial Practices” by Dr. Zairul Nor Deana Md. Desa, E-Commerce Analyst, Montblanc Simplo GmbH (Luxury Goods), German.

An audit visit by the UMP Occupational Safety and Health Management Office (OSHMO UMP) was held at Block B1, Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM UMP) on 14th December 2021. The OSHMO UMP delegation was represented by their director, Ts. Muhammad Hairynizam bin Muhd Taib and the OSHMO UMP Security Officer, En. Khairul Adlan bin Ismail.

On 13th December 2021, a Basic Global Classroom for BSD3523 Machine Learning was successfully conducted via Voov Meeting platform. The lecture was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zhang Feng from the College of Mathematics and Information Science, Hebei University.
