KPI Cascading Meeting and Workshop for PSM 2024

The Centre for Mathematical Sciences, UMPSA held its KPI Cascading Meeting and Workshop on 26th and 27th February at the Zenith Hotel in Kuantan. This two-day event brought together staffs and administrators to align on key performance indicators (KPIs) for year 2024.
On the first day, the administrators engaged in discussions about the centre's KPIs with specific targets were set for each KPI. On the next day, the outcomes were presented to all staff.
The administrator hopes that this event will provide the staff with clear picture of their future contribution to organisational performance leading to high levels of employee engagement for the success of our centre.
