The UMPSA Mathematical Science Center successfully completed the Books for a Better World Community Service Program (CSR). The major goal of this CSR Program is to assist the library by diversifying the reading selections while also encouraging the practice of reading.
A Data Analytics and Applied Mathematics (DAAM) workshop was held on 19th February 2024 at Dewan Tun Fatimah, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Gambang. DAAM is a journal published online by the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, UMPSA with two publications a year. The Journal Manager and Section Editors attended the workshop, and its agenda included a talk from Prof Ts Dr Mustafizur about the MyCite index and the Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ).
On February 9, 2024, members of the Center for Mathematical Science (PSM) UMPSA engaged in an aerobic exercise at the foyer of Block Z. 22 PSM staff and 25 Foundation in Science and Technology (AST) students attended the event. The PSM Welfare Club is dedicated to making sure that its members meet their physical and psychological needs to continue providing exceptional service at UMPSA.
A preparatory program to guide Foundation in Science and Technology students before entering undergraduate studies was held on February 1, 2024 at Block Z in Kampus Paya Besar, UMPSA. The objective of the program was to provide a platform for students to get direct information about programs offered by UMPSA, especially the premium dual degree programme.
