Ramadan 1447H Qur’an Recitation Session Organized by PIMPIN, UMPSA
In the spirit of the blessed month of Ramadan 1447H, the Centre for Islamic Affairs & Human Development (PIMPIN), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), successfully organized a meaningful Tadarus Al-Qur’an session, bringing together members of the university community in spiritual reflection and unity.
The Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM) was entrusted with the recitation of Juz’ 3, which includes selected verses from Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Ali ‘Imran. The session was led by Ustaz Sharul Fitry, who also delivered an insightful tadabbur (reflection) on Verse 14 of Surah Ali ‘Imran.

The verse serves as a powerful reminder that love for worldly attractions, wealth, family, and luxury is merely temporary adornment. Ultimately, the best return is with Allah SWT. The reflection encouraged participants to view every blessing as a means (wasilah) to draw closer to Him, nurturing gratitude and spiritual mindfulness throughout Ramadan.
May this spiritual initiative continue to cultivate a culture of reading, understanding, and living by the teachings of the Qur’an among the UMPSA community during this blessed month and beyond.
