The bootcamp was organised to enhance students' career readiness by strengthening their employability and soft skills while providing early exposure to current industry expectations and employment trends. The initiative also served as a preparation platform for students before undertaking their Work Based Learning (WBL), industrial training, and eventual transition into the workforce.
The programme featured a career talk by Mr. Ibrahim Bin Jama Huri, Employment Services Officer, Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) Pahang, who shared practical insights into career preparation, labour market expectations, and the competencies sought by employers. He also provided guidance on effective resume writing, interview preparation, and strategies for improving graduates' employability in the competitive job market.
