MS ISO 9001: 2015 (Teaching and Learning) Internal Audit Series 2 and AQMS Baseline Audit Visit to PSM UMPSA

An MS ISO 9001: 2015 (Teaching and Learning) Internal Audit Series 2 and Academic Quality Management System (AQMS) Procedure Baseline Audit visit to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM) was conducted on June 6, 2024. PSM welcomed the arrival of 3 Auditors of MS ISO 9001: 2015 UMPSA (Dr. Norhidayah Abdull, Dr. Noor Yahida Yahya & Mrs. Nur Atiqah Mohd Nor) and 2 Auditors of AQMS UMPSA (Dr. Sharifah Maszura Syed Mohsin & Dr. Nur Farhayu Ariffin).

PSM is represented by Dr. Norhafizah Sarif (Acting Deputy Dean of Academics and Student Affairs & Head of Mathematics Service Program), Dr. Adam Shariff Adli Aminuddin (Head of Data Analytics Program), Dr. Siti Zanariah Satari (PSM Quality Assurance Coordinator), as well as all owners of MS ISO 9001: 2015 and AQMS procedures.

This visit aims to see the culture of quality as well as to audit the academic procedures listed in the Manual Quality of MS ISO 9001: 2015 and AQMS procedures. The results of this quality audit review can help in improving PSM Staff's understanding of academic quality procedures at UMPSA.
