ACADEMIC ADVISOR DAY FOUNDATION IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY 2025 (PA DAY AST 2025)

On Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, the Centre for Foundation Studies in Science and Technology (AST), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), successfully organized PA DAY AST 2025 at Pantai Lagenda and Premium Lanes, Pekan, Pahang.

A total of 39 students, accompanied by 8 lecturers and 4 administrative staff, participated in the program. The event began in the morning at Pantai Lagenda with a series of ice-breaking activities. These activities aimed to strengthen bonds between students and staff, encouraging teamwork and creating a lively atmosphere. The students showed great enthusiasm and energy, participating actively and enjoying the fun-filled moments together.

After the lunch break, the group continued the program at Premium Lanes, Pekan, for a bowling competition. The activity highlighted students’ perseverance as they continued to play with commitment and sportsmanship throughout the game. The bowling session not only promoted healthy competition but also provided a platform for students and lecturers to connect in a more relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Overall, Academic Advisor Day AST 2025 successfully fostered closer relationships among students, lecturers, and staff. The program achieved its objectives of enhancing communication, building teamwork, and creating lasting memories through meaningful shared experiences. It is hoped that the positive spirit and motivation gained from this program will continue to inspire the students as they prepare for their upcoming examinations.
