PSM UMPSA Welcomes Inbound Credit Mobility Student from UNNES

The Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), welcomed an inbound credit mobility student from Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Indonesia, on 25 September 2026 for Semester I of the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

The student, Kezya Triliana (SD26084), will participate in the credit mobility programme at PSM UMPSA throughout the semester. The presence of this international student is part of PSM’s efforts to strengthen academic collaboration and international relations among higher education institutions, particularly in the fields of mathematical sciences, statistics, data, and artificial intelligence.

During the mobility period, Kezya will take five Year 3 courses in Semester I of the 2026/2027 Academic Session, namely:

1. BSD3523 – Machine Learning
2. BSD3463 – Time Series Analysis
3. BSD3513 – Introduction to AI
4. BSD3443 – Statistical Modelling & Simulation
5. BSD3472 – Statistical Quality Control

This mobility programme provides the student with an opportunity to gain academic experience in a different learning environment, while broadening knowledge and skills in statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analysis.Beyond academics, the participation of international students in mobility programmes also creates opportunities for the exchange of culture, experiences, and expertise among students and academic staff from UMPSA and UNNES.

PSM UMPSA hopes that Kezya will have a meaningful learning experience throughout her stay at UMPSA and that the programme will further strengthen the academic collaboration between UMPSA and UNNES in the future.
