Professor Ts. Dr. Mohd Rashid Ab Hamid Honored Among Stanford-Elsevier Top 2% Scientists 2025

The Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), proudly congratulates Professor Ts. Dr. Mohd Rashid Ab Hamid for being listed among the Stanford-Elsevier Top 2% Scientists 2025, a recognition of his outstanding global research excellence and impact.

Professor Rashid, who serves at PSM, UMPSA, specializes in Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and applied statistics across management, health sciences, business, and education. He has led numerous research projects, published widely, and authored several academic books.

In recent years, Professor Rashid has continued to demonstrate leadership and innovation in research. His project titled “Value-Based Assessment Tool for University Leadership” won a Silver Medal at the 34th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX’23), reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing knowledge that bridges academia and real-world applications.

His achievements, including the AGBA Distinguished Global Scholar Award (2019) and multiple recognitions from PERSAMA, reflect his long-standing contribution to research and education. Professor Rashid’s dedication continues to inspire excellence among academics and students at UMPSA.
