BSD Graduates Receive University and Faculty Awards at UMPSA’s 20th Convocation Ceremony
Gambang, 11 November 2025 – The Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM) proudly announces that six graduates from the Bachelor of Applied Science (Data Analytics) with Honours (BSD) programme have received prestigious awards during the 20th Convocation Ceremony of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), held from 8 to 11 November 2025 at the Dewan Kompleks Sukan, UMPSA Gambang Campus.
The awards, presented at both the university and faculty levels, recognise outstanding academic performance, leadership, and innovation among UMPSA graduates. The recipients from the BSD programme are as follows:
University-Level Awards
- Anugerah Pelajaran Di Raja – Khairul Imran bin Khalip (SD21002)
- Anugerah Kecemerlangan UMP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. – Abraham Lim Bing Sern (SD21041)
- Hadiah Kecemerlangan Yayasan Pahang – Lim Joey (SD21038)
Faculty-Level Awards
- Hadiah Emas Fakulti – Tan Chek Cheng (SD21031)

- Hadiah Inovasi Projek Tahun Akhir – Lee Zhi Lin (SD21022)
The recognition of these six graduates reflects the academic excellence and innovative spirit cultivated through the BSD programme, which integrates data analytics, mathematics, and applied computing to prepare students for emerging roles in the digital economy.
