2025 Internal Audit Visit of MS ISO 9001: 2015 (Teaching and Learning) and AQMS-UG 2025 to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences

An MS ISO 9001: 2015 (Teaching and Learning) and Undergraduate Academic Quality Management System (AQMS-UG) Internal Audit visit to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM) was conducted on May 15, 2025. PSM welcomed the arrival of three Auditors of MS ISO 9001: 2015 UMPSA (TS Dr. Nur Hidayah Binti Mat Yasin, Dr. Nurfarhana Diyana binti Abdul Hadi & Dr. Noraziah binti Ahmad) and an Auditor of AQMS-UG (Dr. Sharifah Maszura Syed Mohsin).

PSM is represented by Dr. Norhafizah Sarif (Deputy Dean of Academics and Student Affairs), Dr. Adam Shariff Adli Aminuddin (Head of Data Analytics Program), Dr. Nadirah Mohd Nasir (Head of Mathematics Service Program), Dr. Farahanim Misni (Head of Asasi Program), Dr. Siti Zanariah Satari (PSM Quality Assurance Coordinator), as well as all owners of MS ISO 9001: 2015 and AQMS-UG procedures.

This visit aims to see the culture of quality as well as to audit the academic procedures listed in the Manual Quality of MS ISO 9001: 2015 and AQMS procedures. The results of this quality audit review can help in improving PSM Staff's understanding of academic quality procedures at UMPSA.
