Norhafizah binti Md Sarif is currently a senior lecturer at Centre for Mathematical Sciences, College of Computing and Applied Sciences, Universiti Malaysia Pahang.  She has been serving UMP for over than 10 years and was given the assignments to teach Basic Mathematics, Calculus, Ordinary Differential Equations, Technical Mathematics, Mathematical Modelling and Mathematics for Computer Graphics.  Her specialisation is in Applied Mathematics, Numerical Methods and Fluid Mechanics.  Her research interests are in the areas of fluid flow and heat transfer with applications to thermal convection and boundary layer theory.  Apart from teaching and research work, she is also involved in community service and has been invited to various schools to give training on Mathematical Olympiad.
