Work Based Learning (WBL) Workshop with Industry Coach for Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours Program, Centre for Mathematical Sciences

On 24 and 26 September 2022, a WBL workshop with Industry Coach has already been successfully conducted. The workshop was conducted at The Everly Hotel, Putrajaya on 24 September and online using Microsoft Teams on 26 September.
 
The objective of this workshop is to hold a familiarization session between the Academic Tutor and the Industry Coach, to provide exposure and explanation of the Industry Coach's role in the WBL approach and to provide information and training to the Industry Coach regarding the evaluation procedure for the WBL course.

This workshop was attended by 17 staff members of the Mathematical Sciences Center led by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Mohd Zuki Salleh. This workshop was also attended by a total of 16 Industry Coaches from 13 different industries such as Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Cardas Research & Consulting Sdn Bhd (CRCG), Cybersecurity Malaysia, Abyres Enterprise Technologies Sdn Bhd, Companies Commission Malaysia (SSM). , Rosliza Yaziz NN Holdings Sdn Bhd, Ever AI Holdings Sdn Bhd, Quandatics Academy Sdn Bhd, Myspatial Sdn Bhd, TT Electronics, I Net Spatial Sdn. Bhd. and UMP Advanced Education Sdn Bhd.

With the end of this workshop, it is hoped that the Data Analytics students will benefit when they start undergoing Industrial Training in their respective industries starting next year.
