Supervisor Visit to Industry for Semester I 2024/2025

Three lecturers from the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah, namely Dr. Tay Chai Jian, Dr. Noraziah Adzhar and Dr. Sahimel Azwal Sulaiman has conducted supervisor visits to industries throughout Malaysia for Semester I 2024/2025.
Here are the industries involved in the visit: Malaysian Timber Council, Boeing Composites Malaysia, Amsolar Sdn Bhd, Rovenza Beauty Brand Sdn Bhd, Celestica Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Petronas Lubricant International Sdn Bhd and Setel Ventures Sdn Bhd.
The purpose of this visit is to supervise and monitor students from the Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours program for Coursework Mode of eight students. All lecturers were warmly welcomed by representatives of each industry they visited.
In addition, lecturers were also exposed to industrial operations and were taken on a tour around the office where the students worked. PSM would like to say a million thanks for the excellent service provided by all industries throughout this visit.
