Successful MoU Signing Event Between UMPSA and Mie University
In a significant step towards enhancing academic collaboration and fostering international partnerships, the Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and Mie University successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today. The ceremony took place at Mie University on 25 June 2024, marking the beginning of a promising alliance between the two institutions.
Representing UMPSA were Prof. Dr. Mohd Zuki Salleh, Dean of the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, and Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Faiz Mohd Turan, Dean of the Faculty of Manufacturing. Mie University was represented by President Masaaki Ito, International Exchange Centre Director/Vice President Satoshi Kaneko, Dean Katsuo Mori, and Professor Masataka Kubo from the Graduate School of Engineering.
The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation in various academic and research areas, facilitate student and faculty exchanges, and promote joint research projects. Both institutions expressed their enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing the mutual benefits and the potential for groundbreaking advancements in their respective fields.
