A Data Analytics Industrial Talk was held on 6th January 2023 through Microsoft Teams. This industrial talk was held in conjunction with a session with an industry lecturer for the Data Science Programming I course. The speaker invited for this talk is the Manager of Cyber Threat Intelligence Department, Cybersecurity Malaysia, Mr Nazri Ahmad Zamani with the talk titled ‘Python on Cybercrime and Digital Forensics Investigation’. He is also currently appointed as Industry Coach for Work Based Learning under Centre for Mathematical Sciences. He was very keen to share his knowledge and experience as a specialist in digital forensic investigation using various open-source codes using Python software.
The session was advertised publicly through faculty’s Facebook page and attended by the lecturers, Data Analytics students, Business Analytics students, postgraduate students and some external participants.
Hopefully this program will instil great interest among participants in learning more on Python programming and that the knowledge will benefit them in the future.
