Global Classroom: BUM2113 Applied Mathematics with a lecturer from Universiti Teknologi Brunei

Centre for Mathematical Sciences had successfully conducted a Global Classroom (GC) for BUM2113, Applied Mathematics course. The event was held on 3rd of June 2021 via online platform (Google Meet). 98 students of Applied Mathematics course have participated in this GC.
The guest lecture, Associate Professor Dr Muhaimin Ismoen was invited from Universiti Teknologi Brunei to give a lecture on the topic entitled Solving First Order Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) using numerical approach. The lecturers who teach this subject namely Assoc. Prof. Dr Abdul Rahman Mohd Kasim, Assoc. Prof. Dr Norhayati Rosli and Miss Nurfatihah Mohamad Hanafi have coordinated the event to give a great exposure to all Applied Mathematics students to learn Mathematics across border and culture.
