Global Classroom: BSD3523 Machine Learning with a lecturer from Hebei University, China

On 13th December 2021, a Basic Global Classroom for BSD3523 Machine Learning was successfully conducted via Voov Meeting platform.
The lecture was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zhang Feng from the College of Mathematics and Information Science, Hebei University. The topic of Representing data features: Univariate nonlinear transformations and automatic feature selection was delivered to 27 students of Bachelor of Applied Science in Data Analytics with Honours - 2u2i Mode.
Thank you to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zhang Feng and congratulations to Dr. Nor Azuana Ramli, who coordinated this global classroom. This wraps up the lecture collaboration between Centre for Mathematical Sciences (PSM UMP) and College of Mathematics and Information Science for the year of 2021 and we look forward for more future collaboration between these two in the year of 2022.
