ANNUAL GRAND MEETING OF MATHELITES CLUB 2023

On 20 October 2023, an annual grand meeting was held at ZDK 05. The one-hour session started at 2:30 pm until 3:30 pm. The meeting began with a speech from Club advisor Dr Mohd Khairul Bazli Bin Mohd Aziz. He discussed the Club's achievements and plans for the future. He also thanked the Club members for their hard work and dedication. During the meeting, members were warmly welcomed by the Club's President 21/23 session, Hanis Shahira Binti Shahimi, who set the tone for the gathering with an inspiring opening speech. The President shared a recap of the Club's achievements in a montage video, which included the successful volunteering activities, beach clean-up and outreach programs that had garnered increased participation and interest. The financial report was also presented, showcasing responsible financial management that had allowed the Club to maintain its operations effectively.

One of the key highlights of this meeting was the newly elected member of the board. Hanis introduced our new club president in the 22/23 session, which is Muhammad Danish Aiman Hariss Bin Rosli. Then, it continues for the other new members of the club board. Danish, as a new president, gives hope to the club and will bring new ideas and strategies to the board. He has great enthusiasm and passion for the Club and is committed to making it succeed. All club members look forward to having him on the board and are confident his contributions will be invaluable.
 
In conclusion, the gathering concluded on a positive note, with attendees looking forward to the new leadership. In anticipation of a successful session, all club members approached the 22/23 session with enthusiasm and determination.
